Well Behaved Corp was founded on a solid foundation in childhood development and healthcare. Our founder started their career in the late 90s in Colombia as a physician specializing in growth and development for children from birth to age six. For five years, they guided families in helping young children reach their developmental milestones. After relocating to the United States, our founder worked as a Behavior Technician before becoming a certified Behavior Analyst. With over 25 years of experience in both clinical and behavioral fields, we are proud to offer this expertise to every family we serve.

Our Approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

As a former physician, our founder is uniquely trained to understand the body’s systems and to identify potential causes of various developmental challenges. This background, combined with years of experience in behavior analysis, enables us to address the core of each behavioral issue effectively. Our approach follows the ABA model, which centers on the Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (ABC) framework to identify patterns and develop tailored interventions for each child’s needs. Our team’s goal is to guide children through each stage of growth with evidence-based strategies that help them reach their full potential.

Our team includes certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians who work with dedication, compassion, and expertise. We collaborate closely with specialists from various fields, including Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy, to ensure that each child receives a well-rounded and supportive treatment approach. By working together, we create individualized strategies that foster growth, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve life quality for each child and their family.
